The night before

Well, here we are the night before the big challenge. I am just finally starting to finalize all my plans, I am such a procrastinator. Now that the rules have been finalized I have set my goals. All except the challenge portion, I am still in the process of looking for a good one to do.

Also I went to Costco today and dropped $107 loading up on the food stuffs I need for my diet so that I am fully stocked and have no excuse for failure. I am really pumped up for this challenge and I am think this could be just what I need to get me moving in the right direction long term. I am notorious for bailing out after only a couple weeks.

As I posted last night I went and did the complex I was given. Since I didn't post it I will post it now.

Deadlift
Romanian Deadlift
Bent Over Row
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Good Morning

perform each move for 5 reps then go to the second. Do not set the bar down, just transition from one more to the next with not rest. After the entire complex rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 complexes.

Last night I was only able to do 2 rounds, my back was starting to feel it and I had to work a 10 hour shift today so I cut it short. Though in truth it kicked my ass so hard I don't even know if a 3rd round was possible.

That is all from me for tonight, I have to go get my lunch ready for work tomorrow. I hate these 10 hour days, the heat is killing me. Having a hard time keeping energy up after work long enough to go workout. Going to need to find a way around that.

Good night and good luck to my fellow challenge participants!
